Rain streaks on the facade glass from outside and finger marks on the glass door from inside are what people notice. Shops feel it fastest. A couple of weeks of wind and rain can be enough to make a display window look hazy from the inside, long before anyone calls it dirty.

From walkthrough to fixed interval

We count the panes and glass sections, look at the access and agree the frequency with you. Within 24 hours of the walkthrough you have a fixed written quote with the price per visit, and the visits then sit at a fixed interval.

Frames and bottom sills get wiped down as part of the job. Equipment and products are included in the price.

Do you clean both outside and inside?

Yes. But rarely at the same pace. Outside it’s rain and road dust laying the grey film on the facade glass, which is why the outside cleaning drives the frequency. Inside it’s finger marks around handles and on glass doors, and glass walls and interior windows manage with fewer visits. So we agree a frequency for each part instead of cleaning everything equally often.

What about windows at height?

The access determines what the quote covers, and we tell you at the walkthrough, not when the bill arrives. Under the Danish Working Environment Authority’s rules, working from a lift counts as particularly dangerous work with requirements for specially designated and trained staff, so it isn’t something to improvise on the day. If there are windows at the address the quote doesn’t cover, they are listed on the quote as excluded, so you don’t find out afterwards.
