Commercial cleaning in Roskilde

Roskilde is Denmark’s tenth largest town and gathers a university, a hospital, public administration and a broad private business base in a relatively small area. RUC has its whole campus here, Zealand University Hospital has one of its sites on Sygehusvej, and in the older properties around the cathedral advisers and clinics sit door to door.

Retail carries its own weight. The pedestrian streets in the old center, and RO’s Torv, which by its own count holds 75 shops. South of the center, Musicon is growing on the old concrete factory site with workshops, studios and Ragnarock.

Premises this different cannot run on one plan. Offices and clinics are cleaned early in the morning or after closing, because the rooms are in use all day. Shops we do outside opening hours, window cleaning can sit in the same agreement, and in workshops and halls the frequency is set zone by zone. At move-out and hand-over of new buildings we handle move-out and builders’ cleaning before the premises change hands.

The walkthrough always comes before the price. After that it is fixed, the quality is checked on a fixed schedule, and you can cancel with the current month plus one month’s notice.

Can one agreement cover several addresses and types of premises?

Yes. Offices, clinics, shops and warehousing can sit in the same agreement, each with its own plan and its own frequency, gathered on one invoice. That also goes for addresses outside Roskilde, for example in Jyllinge or Hedehusene.
