The growth is moving east. The university and its nearly 18,000 students sit in Aalborg Øst alongside NOVI, home to more than 300 companies, and the new university hospital is being taken into use in 2026. Further out, at Østhavnen and in the industrial park, it is warehousing, logistics and production that fill the space; the industrial park alone is 243 hectares zoned for transport-heavy production. And at Rørdal stands the country’s only cement plant. The cleaning follows the type of premises: desks and meeting rooms in one place, dust control and traffic areas in another.

Retail has two centers of gravity. The pedestrian-street shops and Friis in the city center, City Syd in Skalborg. Retail cleaning goes in before opening hours, and window cleaning can sit in the same agreement.
