What the price includes. The standard for retail cleaning.

Winter grit and salt marks, fingerprints on the glass, dust on the shelves. Those are the surfaces customers read the shop’s standard off, and your staff have no hours to spare for cleaning on top of their own job.

How do you keep a shop presentable every day?

With a fixed rhythm matched to the wear the shop takes: floors and the entrance at every visit, fixtures and glass on rotation, heavier tasks at fixed intervals. We build the plan around your opening hours and customer flow, and it also keeps track of where the goods must not be moved. Wet floors get a sign, and we mop with as little water as possible. If you sell food, we follow your own cleaning plan in the food-adjacent areas. The self-monitoring stays with you.

What happens with keys and alarm codes?

Keys and alarm codes are signed for in writing and stored separately from the shop’s address, so access is settled and documented before the first visit. That holds whether we come before opening or after closing.

What about peak season and sales?

Ahead of sales and Christmas we add extra visits to the plan, agreed in advance. If the job changes, you get an updated price in writing before it applies.

What does retail cleaning cost?

Regular retail cleaning starts from 270 DKK per hour ex. VAT. The price depends on the size of the shop, the floor type and the frequency, and after a walkthrough you get a fixed monthly price in writing within 24 hours.

Can you clean outside opening hours?

As a rule we lay the plan outside opening hours, early in the morning or in the evening after closing. We agree how often we come from the size of the shop and its customer flow.

Do you also take the display windows and facade?

Yes. Polishing of facade glass and display windows can be built into the regular agreement on a rotation we agree along with the rest of the plan.

Can you cover several shops in a chain?

We cover North Jutland and Zealand from offices in Aalborg and Copenhagen. If you have several addresses, list them all in your enquiry, so they are part of the walkthrough from the start.

Is there any lock-in on the agreement?

No. The agreement can be cancelled with the current month plus one month's notice, and there are no start-up fees. The standard has to hold up on its own.
