Cleaning in a production environment is not office cleaning with bigger buckets. There are hygiene zones, machines that must not be touched, and floors where spills and dust are a safety problem long before anyone thinks about how the place looks. Tank cleaning and damage restoration are something else. What we do is planned cleaning of production environments: floors, the areas around machinery, high-level surfaces and staff facilities.

How do you clean a production area without getting in its way?

With a plan we build on your processes and schedule around operations: between shifts, in the evening, at weekends or during planned stops.

At start-up we walk the production area with your operations manager. Zones, time windows and no-go areas have to be settled first. And nobody sets foot in the hall without being briefed on your safety rules.

Are industrial cleaning and production cleaning the same thing?

With us, yes. One service covering production halls, workshops, light industry and warehouses attached to production. A fish factory in North Jutland and a pharma production site on Zealand don’t make the same demands, so the plan follows your processes, not a template. If you have food zones, ESD areas or other special requirements, we build them in from day one and say so if a job calls for something we can’t promise.

What about deep cleaning while production is shut down?

Planned stops, holiday shutdowns and weekends are the right time for the thorough work: degreasing floors and cleaning high-level surfaces, pipes and beams, everything that’s hard to reach during operations. We plan the job around your shutdown, and you have a fixed written quote in hand before we start.
