What the price includes. The standard for office cleaning.

We wipe down desks and window sills, take fingerprints off doors and glass partitions, descale the toilets and wash the floors to match the floor type. As an employer you’re required to keep the workplace properly clean. But the law sets no fixed interval. How often it needs doing depends on your premises and your working week.

How does regular office cleaning work?

The plan says which rooms get cleaned, how often and at what time of day. Afterwards we check the quality on a fixed schedule, not only at start-up, and if something needs changing, just say so. We empty waste according to your own sorting scheme, and Danish workplaces have to sort in the same fractions as households.

What happens with keys and alarm codes?

Keys and alarm codes are receipted in writing and stored separately from the address.

We usually come outside working hours, while the office is empty. Papers on desks stay where they are.

After a walkthrough of your office you get a written quote within 24 hours with a fixed monthly price for the whole agreement. Nordic Swan Ecolabelled products, machines and supplies are included in the price. The price only changes when the job changes, always with an updated written quote first.

What does office cleaning cost?

Regular office cleaning costs from 270 DKK per hour ex. VAT with a minimum of 1.5 hours per visit. After a walkthrough of your office you get a written quote within 24 hours with a fixed monthly price. Products and equipment are included, and there are no surcharges beyond what the quote states.

How often should an office be cleaned?

It depends on how many people use the premises. A small office often does fine with one visit a week, while offices with many employees or visitors need several visits a week or daily cleaning. Toilets and the kitchenette should be done at every visit. The law requires no fixed interval, only that the workplace is kept properly clean.

Can you clean outside our opening hours?

Office cleaning usually takes place outside working hours, early morning or evening, and the timing is planned around your operation. Keys or alarm codes are handed over against a written receipt and stored separately from the address.
