Topsoe has produced catalysts on Heimdalsvej since 1959, and the plant is classified in the highest industrial hazard category. Room is set aside for more of the same: the municipal plan keeps several business areas reserved for production and logistics. In town you find Sillebroen and the shops around Torvet, and southeast of town Vinge is still being built out around the station that opened in December 2020.

That makes for very different premises to keep clean. In production and warehouse space we set the frequency zone by zone, so you do not pay for daily cleaning of areas used once a week. Offices, clinics and shops we take outside opening hours. And in Vinge, where new buildings are handed over year after year, we do the builders’ clean before the premises are taken into use.

We always walk the premises with you before you get a price. It is fixed, you can cancel with the current month plus one month’s notice, and Nordic Swan labelled products, machines and consumables are included.

Can the cleaning run outside production hours?

Yes. Zones, time slots and access are agreed at the walkthrough, the work is scheduled between shifts or after the last shift, and the cleaner is briefed on your safety rules before the first visit.
