No later than 24 hours after that, you have a written quote with a fixed price, and it says what's included. Once the cleaning is under way, we check the quality on a fixed schedule instead of waiting for you to call.
The agreement is just as simple: no start-up fee and no lock-in period. If you're not happy, you cancel with the current month plus one month's notice. So the only way we can keep you is by doing the work properly.
