The terms behind the price

A fixed price every month
A regular contract is billed as one amount per month. The amount doesn't change because a single week needed more work than usual.

No lock-in
The agreement can be cancelled with the current month plus one month's notice. There is no start-up fee.

The price in writing within 24 hours
We walk through the premises, and after that you have the quote in writing within 24 hours. Write to us and we reply within one business day.

All prices are indicative and ex. VAT. The final quote depends on your premises, and it is fixed before we start.

1.5 hours
Shorter visits rarely allow proper work, hence the minimum.

Cleaning outside normal working hours, planned around your operation.

By arrangement. The price is in the quote and never a surprise on the invoice.

0 DKK
No fees to get started, and no lock-in afterwards.
How we set the price. And what is always included.
Regular contracts are billed as a fixed monthly price. We calculate it from the hourly rate, the number of visits, and the time your premises require. The same amount is on the invoice every month. A dirtier week doesn't cost more.
One-off jobs are billed on a fixed written quote. We assess the job, give a total price up front, and it holds, even if the job takes longer than estimated. That risk is ours, not yours.
Both have a minimum. A visit on a regular contract is billed at no less than 1.5 hours, and a one-off job at no less than 3 hours. No quote lands below that.

What does commercial cleaning cost?
Regular contracts start from 270 DKK per hour ex. VAT, and one-off jobs from 320 DKK per hour ex. VAT. After a walkthrough of your premises you get a written quote with a fixed price, set before we start.
Is there a lock-in period on a regular contract?
No. Regular agreements can be cancelled with the current month plus one month's notice, and there are no start-up fees. We'd rather keep you with good work than with a contract.
Can the price increase along the way?
The fixed monthly price stays fixed. It only changes if the job changes (for example more rooms or extra visits), and always with an updated written quote before anything takes effect.
Do we need to provide supplies or machines?
No, we bring our own cleaning agents, machines, and materials. It's included in the price. We use Nordic Swan Ecolabelled products as standard.
How do we get started?
Send us a message through the contact form or write us an email. We reply within one business day and arrange a short walkthrough of your premises. After that you have a written quote with a fixed price.
