Albertslund was planned and built from the 1960s onwards, and the institutions went up together with the housing. Business here sits mostly in Hersted to the north: 160 hectares where most companies today work in production, warehousing and logistics. The DOLL test center has been on Naverland since 2013, the NEXT vocational school is based in the area, and Coop Danmark’s head office is on Roskildevej.
